Senior Surveyor/Surveying Technician

ESS Limited has enjoyed continued growth throughout its 18 years of business and require a Senior Survey/Technician to supervise numerous projects across the UK

Applicants need to have at least 3 years experience in producing Topographic and Measured Building Surveys from inception to completion and therefore must have the required skills in field data capture with Leica TPS and GPS equipment, together with post processing knowledge using AutoCad.

Currently, a large proportion of our work is involved with major Building projects around the UK, requiring periods away from the office. Experience of working on such building and civil projects, setting out and surveying would be advantageous, together with a current CSCS card.

As the successful candidate will be liaising with clients and their agents, an emphasis will be placed on ensuring that the applicant has excellent communication skills.

The salary would be in the order of £28k per year, however would be commensurate with experience and suitability. Annual bonuses, company vehicle and a pension scheme are available within the package.
